What is your position in this franchise ?
I am Erleen Rizuan, the Restoran Manager of Kenny Rogers Roasters and our Senior General Manager is Liew Siew Weng.
The working hours ?
8.30 a.m. until 11 a.m.
How many years has the franchiser been in operation?
2 years
How much does your franchise gross per year ?
RM1 million, RM130 to RM150 per month.
Are there any financial problems your franchise face ?
No, but business mostly grow when end of the month because people get salary at the end of the month and they are willing to spend it as reward for themselves. Besides that, our business grow and able o hit the higher target when Puasa and Ramadan. In Weekend, we will hit 50% sale higher than weekdays.
How many plates do you serve or sell in a day?
We sell 2000 to 3000 plates per day, the foods served were cut in daily basic, those food that too much beyond sale will be throw away.
What is your working hours?
9 hours from 8.30 a.m. to 6 p.m., for night sift is 2 p.m. to 11 p.m., our working time is much more flexible because it come in shift.
How often do you get a vacation ?
We get two off days for a week, and long vacation will be available after two to three months of working.
Do you all get training before you start to work ?
Yes, we will trained for 6 months in any outlets and interview to pass before we can become a permanent workers. Interview were carry on by Area Manager and Operation Manager.
